• Provision of Excel Spreadsheet to support 3 year budget planning
• Mid-year review of the budget and expected out-turn

• Advice and support to headteacher, governors or school managers on financial matters as required by the school during the year
• Advice on financial planning and managing budgets beyond the current financial year
• Support in preparation for Ofsted Inspection or Internal Audit
• Analysis of the school's budget or spend against CFR benchmarking data
• Briefing on national financial developments
• Advice to schools in establishing or maintaining financial systems and procedures
